Teramo restricted area (ZTL Teramo) concerns the following streets of the historic center: 

• corso San Giorgio, from piazza Martiri della Liberta? to via Cerulli Irelli;

• piazza Orsini;

• vico Chiasso dell'Anfiteatro and via Teatro Antico;

• via del Vescovado;

• piazza Martiri della Liberta?, tra via San Berardo and via Delfico, tra via Delfico and via Capuani and tra via Delfico and via Comi (eccetto il tratto di congiungimento di via Comi con via Vittorio Veneto);

• piazza Sant'Anna, from via Torre Bruciata to via Antica Cattedrale;

• largo San Matteo;

• via Carducci, from via Delfico to corso San Giorgio;

• corso Cerulli, fino to piazza Orsini;

• vico del Municipio;

• via San Berardo;

• via Irelli, from via Paris to via San Berardo;

• via Delfico, from piazza Martiri della Liberta? to via Carducci;

Since 2 March 2015 Teramo ZTL works every day from 0.00 to 24.00.

Via Mario Capuani gate works from 00.00 to 17.00 and from 21.00 to 24.00.

Pedestrian area works every day from 17.00 to 21.00 .

In Teramo Restricted Area (Teramo ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

• Disabled people;
• Chemist's customers;
• Weddings;
• Funerals.

• Shop keepers and artisans from 6.00 to 10.00, from 13.00 to 14.30 and from 19.30 to 20.30, on opening shop days nei giorni di apertura dell'esercizio, excepeted market days . They can park longer than 30 minutes.
• market if vehicle is only for delivering goods from 06.00 to 15.00. All peddlers must give their plate number to get authorization. Occasional peddlers must comunicate his palet number until 48 hourer after entrance.
• home services on working days from 7.00 to 19.00, parking no longer than 60 minutes. For urgenties you can enter without a permit but you must fill in the application and send it to local police until 48 hours.
• Courier, on working days from 6.00 to 10.00 and from 15.00 to 16.30 and on Saturday from 6.00 - 10.00, parking no longer than 30 minutes.
• move, on working days from 7.00 to 19.00
• medicinal goods, on working days from 6.00 on 20.00, on saturday from 8.00 to 12.30, on not working days (only Chemist's worjking in ZTL) from 6.00 to 20.00.
• home delivery from from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 16.30 to 20.00 (22.00 if they are open in the night) every day excepeted the clsong days shops .
• Jewels on Working days, excepetd on Saturday, from 8.00 to 14.00, parking no longer than 30 minutes
