ZTL Areas (AR)
San Severo restricted area (ZTL San Severo) covers all the historic center and its boundary concerns: Santa Lucia - Roma - Umberto Fraccacreta - Imbriani - Matteo Fraccacreta.
In the restricted area, there is a Pedestrian Area, too, concerning : Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Municipio, Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

ZTL working time and days
San Severo ZTL works every day from 0.00 to 24.00.
Admitted vehicles
In San Severo Restricted Area (San Severo ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.
Authorized people
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in San Severo ZTL:
- Motorcycles and scooters, engine down;
- Disabled people;
- Public transport;
- Residents;
- Private car park owners;
- Cleaning streets;
- Taxi;
- Police;
- Surveillance, home care, emergeny vehicles and police;
- Street workings;
- Delivery goods;
- Delivery jewels;
- Particular needs.
Delivery goods can enter in Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Municipio and Corso Vittorio Emanuele Pedestrian area.
If you need to enter without any authorization you have to inform Local Police (phone: 0882 339200, 0882 372940, 0882 374118) within 48 hours since you entered.
You must give the following information:
- Plate number,
- Date and time you entered,
- Disabled permit.
Hotel guests access
Hotel guests can enter in San Severo ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police (phone: 0882 339200, 0882 372940, 0882 374118) within 48 hours since you entered.
