Forio restricted area (ZTL Forio) concerns the following streets of the historic center: 

  • Corso F.Co Regine
  • Piazza Med. D'Oro e Via Erasmo e Filippo Di Lustro
  • Via Baiola nel tratto Bivio Rione Umberto I - Piazza Maria SS.Immacolata
  • Via Tommaso Cignani

Access to Forio ZTL is watched by 3 cameras located in:
  • Corso F.Co Regine
  • Via Baiola,
  • Via Cignani ( not working now)

ZTL working time and days

Corso F.Co Regine ZTL works :

Form 1  July to 31 August  works
  • on working days from 10.30 to 13.00 and from 17.30 to 24.00,
  • on not working days from 10.30 to 13.00 and from 17.30 to 24.00.

Piazza Med. D'Oro e Via Erasmo e Filippo Di Lustro gates works:

  • on working days from 10.00 to 2.00;
  • on day before not working days and not working days from 10.00 to 2.00.

Via Baiola from Bivio Rione Umberto I and Piazza Maria SS.Immacolata works:

  • On working days and not working days from 08.00 to 17.00.

Admitted vehicles

In Forio Restricted Area (Forio ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
If you got in Forio Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except right reasons.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since you entered.
