Admitted vehicles

In Cesena Zone C Restricted Area (Cesena Zone C ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

In Cesena Zone B Restricted Area (Cesena Zone B ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore motorcycles and scooters can enter without any problem.

Time for loading and unloading goods

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Cesena ZTL: from 06.00 to 10.30 and from 14.00 to 17.00

If you want get a permit you must fill in this application.

disabled access

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Cesena ZTL.
If you need to enter without any authorization you have to inform Local Police calling the green number 800888111.
You must give the following information:

Plate number,
Date and time you entered,
your disabled permit

If you are a resident in Cesena you can get a permit filling in the application and sending it to 'Sportello Permessi Atr' located in Piazza K.Marx.

Hotel guests access

Hotel guests can enter in Cesena ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.

Temporary permits

Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Cesena Restricted Area after production of motion.

If you need to enter , you can buy the ticket entroinc'entro.

It is possible to buy this ticket directly from Cesena's website.
it costs 5 Euro and it last for one day.
You can buy only 3 ticket a month.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?

If you got in Cesena Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except urgenties or right reasons.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 5 days since you entered by mail or fax.
