If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
ZTL Areas (AR)
Albino restricted area (ZTL Albino) concerned the following streets of the historic center: vie Mazzini, Sant'Anna, Vittorio Veneto, via Gasparini and piazza della Libertà.
Where enforced cameras are
Access to Albino ZTL is watched by 2 cameras located in:
- via Mazzini
- via Sant'Anna
ZTL working time and days
Albino ZTL works on Saturday from 1 pm to 6 pm.
Admitted vehicles
In Albino Restricted Area (Albino ZTL ), any kind of vehicles without any authorization can't enter, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.
Authorized people
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Albino ZTL:
- Residents;
- Shops and professionals;
- Disabled people;
- Civil protection, surveillance, Mail, loading waste;
- Police and local Administrations;
- Dimorants;
- Private car park owners ;
- Home old people care
- Private car park owners ;
- Professional workers;
- Professional or shop workers;
- Residents;
- Public utilities;
- Delivery home goods on Saturdays, on Sunday and on not working day
Time for loading and unloading goods
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Albino ZTL and park for no more than 30 minutes.
Disabled access
Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Albino ZTL.
If you need a permit you need to ask it to Local Police by fax n.035/759946 or by mail to contenzioso@albino.it.
You must give the following information:
- Plate number,
- Date and time you entered,
- Your disable permit
- Local Administration who granted it.
Hotel guests access
Hotel guest can't enter.
Temporary permissions
Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Albino Restricted Area after production of motion for these reasons:
- funerals
- weddings
- occurrences
- working vehicles
- home care
- effluent sample
- unpredictable cases
If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
If you got in Albino Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except for the following situations:
- Chemist's customers located in via Mazzini if it is working at night or on Sunday;
- Resident/dimorant with different plate after Friday 12 a.m.;
- Visiting doctors;
- Bringing ill or disable people to ambulatory located in Albino Restricted area
- Urgent services;
- Bringing resident without car;
- Residents or dimorants relative's vehicles;
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 72 hours since you entered.
