ZTL working time and days

Biella ZTLs work in different way during the day.

Biella ZTL with green colour in the map works everyday from 0.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m..
Biella ZTL with red colour in the map works:

every nigth from 1.00 a.m. to 5.00 a.m
on Sunday from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m..

Biella ZTL with violet colour in the map works everyday from 0.00 a.m. to 5.00p.m.
Biella ZTL with blue colour in the map works :

from Monday to Sunday from 0.00 a.m. to 5.00 am
From Monday to Saturday from 7.00 p.m to 12.00 p.m.
on Sunday from 1.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m..

Admitted vehicles

In Biella Restricted Area (Biella ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

The following kinds of people can enter in Biella ZTL :

Residents and park owners;
Public transport;
Bycicles;
Hearse;
Cleaning streets;
Police;
No engine Vehicles;
Taxi and NCC;
Local Administration;
Public transport for disabled people;
Surveillance;
Hotel guests.

Time for loading and unloading goods

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Biella ZTL: from 6.00 to 10.00

It is possible to ask a different time slots permit for delivery goods in particular cases.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Biella ZTL.
If you need to enter without any authorization you have to inform Local Police within 7 hours since you entered.
You must give the following information:

Plate number,
Date and time you entered,
your disabled permit

Hotel guests access

Hotel guests can enter in Biella ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.

Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Biella Restricted Area after production of motion.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?

If you got in Biella Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine if you have right to enter.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since you entered.
If you are a disabled people, you have to inform Local Police within 7 days since you entered.
