Chieti restricted area (ZTL Chieti) is divided into four different areas:
- ZTL A concerning S. Maria quarter, Porta Pescara, Via dei Cappuccini
- ZTL B is divided in four areas:
- ZTL B1 concerning Dome of S. Giustino quarter
- ZTL B2 concerning Via c. De Lollis, Mercato Piazza Malta
- ZTL B3 voncerning Corso Marrucino, Porta Monacisca quarter
- ZTL B4 concerning S. Giacomo quarter, Templi Romani quarter
- ZTL C concerning Piano S. Angelo quarter and S. Maddalena quarter
- ZTL D concerning Civitella quarter
Where enforced cameras are
Access to Chieti ZTL is watched by 4 cameras located in:
- corso Marrucino (ZTL B3),
- via Ravizza (ZTL D),
- via De Lollis (ZTL B2),
- via Toppi (ZTL A).
ZTL working time and days
Chieti ZTL don't work every days in
- Corso Marrucino (ZTL B3) from 5.00 to 8.00 and from 15.00 to 16.00
- via Toppi (ZTL A) and via de Lollis (ZTL B2), from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00.
- via Vitocolonna, via De Attiliis and via Ravizza from 6.00 to 9.00 and from 16.00 to 18.00.
Admitted vehicles
In Chieti Restricted Area (Chieti ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore scooters can enter without any problem.
Zero Emmission vehicles can be authorized to enter.
Authorized people
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Chieti ZTL:
- Residents;
- shoopeeper;
- Artisans;
- disabled people;
- Emergency vehicles;
- hotel guest.
Time for loading and unloading goods
Ecological authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Chieti ZTL:
- from 6.00 to 9.00;
- from 16.00 to 18.00.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Avellino ZTL.
If you need to enter we advice to contact Local Police. within 72 hours since you entered.

Hotel guests access
Hotel guests can enter in Chieti ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.

Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Chieti Restricted Area after production of motion.

If you got in hieti Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except Disabled people or urgenties.
