Cosenza restricted area (ZTL Cosenza) concerns vie Mazzini, and its crossing roads.
Where enforced cameras are
Access to Cosenza ZTL is watched by 13 cameras located in:
- via Piave;
- via Conforti/via Isonzo;
- via Paul Harris;
- via Del Tembien;
- via Attilio Giuliani;
- via Galliano;
- via Cesare Marini;
- via Macallè/via Minzoni;
- via Neghelli;
- via Miceli;
- via Arabia;
- via Tagliamento;
- via Adige.
ZTL working time and days
Cosenza ZTL works everyday from 0.00 to 24.00.
Via Isonzo gate works from 10,00 to 16,00, From Monday to Thursday and from 10,00 of Friday to Sunday Midnight.
Via Piave gate from 10,00 of Friday to Sunday Midnight.
Admitted vehicles
In Cosenza Restricted Area (Cosenza ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.
Zero Emmission vehicles can be authorized to enter.
Authorized people
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Cosenza ZTL:
- Residents;
- Car park owners;
- Shops or companies inside the ZTL;
- Electric or Hybrid vehicles;
- Public transport;
- Taxi and NCC
- Armoureds ;
- Delivery goods;
- Weddings;
- Funerals;
- Cleaning streets;
- Loading waste;
The following kinds of people can enter in Cosenza ZTLwithout authorization:
- Police;
- Emergency vehicles;
- Firemen;
- First aid;
- Ambulances;
Time for loading and unloading goods
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Cosenza ZTL with time slot permit.
If you need to enter we advice to contact Local Police. within 24 hours since you entered.
You must give the following information:
- Plate number,
- Date and time you entered,
- Disabled permit
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.
Temporary permits
Local Police. may give temporary access authorizations in Cosenza Restricted Area after production of motion.

In these cases, you have to inform Local Police. within 48 hours since you entered.
If you got in Cosenza Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except Disabled people or Hotel guests.
