Caserta restricted area (ZTL Caserta) is divided into four different areas.
- ZTL A: Historic Center: Its boundary concerns: P.zza Dante, (between C.so Trieste and Via Mazzini); Via Mazzini; L.go S. Sebastiano; Via Del Redentore; Via S. Giovanni; Via Majelli; Via Mazzocchi; Via Ferrante; L.go S. Elena; Viella Solfanelli; Viella Salomone; L.go Cinone; Via S. Agostino; Via S. Antida; Viella Daniele; Via Pollio; P.zza Ruggiero; Passaggio Malvasi; Passaggio Pio IX; P.zza Duomo; Via Crispo; Via S. Carlo (between Via Colombo and Via S. Giovanni); C.so Trieste (between Via U. Italiana and P.zza Dante; Via Vico (between C.so Trieste and Via Roma; Vicolo Centore; Vicolo della Ratta; P.zza Correra; Via Alois;
- ZTL B: CASERTAVECCHIA, it concerns all middle age town;
- ZTL C: S. LEUCIO, ts boundary concerns: Via Planelli; Via Giardini Reali; Via Vaccheria (between Via Planelli to Via del Setificio); Via Del Setificio; Via Atrio Superiore Parrocchia; Via Dietro Giardini; P.zza Delle Oche; P.zza Trattoria; P.zza Scuderia; P.zza Bagnocavalli; Via Delle Ferriere;
- CORSO GIANNONE between Piazza Vanvitelli and Via Sant'Ontonio da Padova.

- on Friday from 10,00 to 13,00 and from 18,00 to 03,00
- on Saturday, Sunday and Not Working Day from 10,00 to 03.00
- Via Gasparri (cyan zone in google map) every day from; 20,30 to 03,00
- Via Mazzini, Via Maielli and Largo S.Elena (Red zone in google map ) everyday from 00.00 to 24.00
- Corso Trieste, via S.Antida, via San Carlo and via Pollio (green zone in google map) :
- from Monday to Thusday from 10,00 to 13,00 and from 16,00 to 20,30
- on Friday from 10,00 to 13,00 and from 16,00 to 03,00
- on Saturday, Sunday and Not Working Day from 10,00 to 03.00
- Via Gasparri (cyan zone in google map) every day from; 20,30 to 03,00
- from Monday to Saturday, from 7.45 to 9.00 and from 12.00 to 14.00;
- Every month on the first Sunday, from 10.00 to 14.00.
Admitted vehicles
In Caserta Restricted Area (Caserta ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.
Authorized people
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Caserta ZTL:
- Public services
- Disabled people
- Pubblic administrations and PRess
- Residents
- Private car park owners
- Shops
- Shops, Artisans, professionals and Doctors;
- Taxi and NCC.
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Caserta ZTL but the have to pay the permit:
- Jewel agents
- Armoureds
- Delivery Chemist's goods
- Delivery home food
- Artisans
- Voluntary organizations
- Weddings
- Delivery goods
- Artisans
Time for loading and unloading goods
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Caserta ZTL: from 6:00 to 8:00 and from 14:30 to 16:00.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Caserta ZTL.

We don't know any exceptions about hotel guests inside Caserta ZTL.
Temporary permits
Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Caserta Restricted Area after production of motion. There are:
- Dailly permit
- weekly permit
- Monthy permit
- 3 month permit
- 6 month permiti
- yearly permit

If you got in Caserta Restricted Area without any authorization, you have to inform Local Police. within 72 hours since you entered.
