ZTL working time and days

Borgo Marinari Pedestrian area works every day from 0.00 to 24.00.

Morelli, Filangieri, Mille Naples ZTL  works from 8th December to 6th January on Saturday, Sunday, not Working Day and Day before not working day from 10,00 to 14,00 and from 16,00 t 20,00.

Belledonne, Martiri, Poerio Naples ZTL  works every day from 0.00 to 24.00.

Piazza del Gesù Naples ZTL  works: every day from 0.00 to 24.00.

Mezzocannone Naples ZTL  works:

  • from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 to 22.00;
  • on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and not working days from 9.00 to 24.00 and from 0.00 to 2.00 am

Centro Antico Naples ZTL  works every day from 9.00 to 17.00.

Tarsia Pignasecca Dante Naples ZTL  works every day from 9.00 to 18.00.

In 2017 Marechiaro Naples ZTL works from 1° July to  3 September and on Not working days and on Day before not working days of June:
  • from 8:00 to 19:00 (Via Marechiaro gate Via Coroglio side);
  • from 0:00 to 24:00 (Via Marechiaro gate Via Alfano side).

Centro direzionale Napoli pedestrian area works: every day from 0.00 to 24.00.

Via dei Tribunali Pedestrian area works every day from 0.00 to 24.00.

In Naples Borgo Marinari Pedestrian Area (Naples Borgo Marinari APU), any kind of vehicles without any authorization can't enter, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

In Naples Morelli, Filangieri, Mille Restricted Area (Naples Morelli, Filangieri, Mille ZTL ), any kind of vehicles without any authorization can't enter, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

In Naples Belledonne, Martiri, Poerio Restricted Area (Naples Belledonne, Martiri, Poerio ZTL ), any kind of vehicles without any authorization can't enter, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

In Naples Piazza del Gesù Restricted Area (Naples Piazza del Gesù ZTL ), any kind of vehicles without any authorization can't enter, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

In Naples Mezzocannone Restricted Area (Naples Mezzocannone ZTL ), any kind of vehicles without any authorization can't enter, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

In Naples Centro Antico Restricted Area (Naples Centro Antico ZTL ), any kind of vehicles without any authorization can't enter, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

In Naples Tarsia Pignasecca Dante Restricted Area (Naples Tarsia Pignasecca Dante ZTL ), any kind of vehicles without any authorization can't enter, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Naples Borgo Marinari Pedstrian area: from 10.00 to 12.00.
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Naples Morelli, Filangieri, Mille ZTL: from 8.00 to 10.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00.
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Naples Belledonne, Martiri, Poerio ZTL: from 8.00 to 10.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00. 
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Naples Piazza del Gesù ZTL: from 8.00 to 10.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Naples ZTL but they need to register your plate number.

You can send information choosing among:

  • fax : 0817959145;
  • e-mail : ztl@comune.napoli.it;
  • going to Local Police CED , located Via Raimondi 19.

If you need to have an occasional entrance we advice to call, before your entrance, the free number 800 904 936 working from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

Hotel guests access
Hotel guests can enter in Naples ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.

Temporary permits
Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Naples Restricted Area after production of motion.
If you need a temporary permit we advice to call NAPOLIPARK 800 904 936 working from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
If you got in Naples Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except disabled people or hotel guests.
