Nola restricted area (ZTL Nola) concerns the following streets of the historic center: Via Leopardi, via Carmine, Via Tommaso Vita, Via Ottaviano Augusto, Via Annibale, Via Tansillo, Via Principessa Margherita, Via Principe di Napoli, Via Anfiteatro Laterizio.

Access to Nola ZTL is watched by 4 cameras located in:
  • Piazza Giordano Bruno (Napoli gate) 
  • Piazza Santorelli (begin via Santa Chiara)
  • Via Flora ( intersection via Principe di Napoli)
  • Via San Paolino (intersection via Ottaviano Augusto)

ZTL working time and days

Nola ZTL  works:

  • On Friday and on Saturday from 21.00 to 05,00 the day before;
  • On Sunday and on Not working day from 9,00 to 13,30 and from 18,00 to 21,30 .

Admitted vehicles

In Nola Restricted Area (Nola ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

Authorized people

The following kinds of people can get permanent authorization to enter in Nola ZTL:

  • Residents and Dimorants;
  • Private car park owners;
  • Police and Emergency vehicles;
  • Delivery goods;
  • Disabled people;
  • Electric vehicles;
  • Surveillance;
  • Tow truck;
  • Public transport;
  • Residents;
  • Visiting Doctors;
  • Delivery food goods for canteen.

The following kinds of people can get temporary authorization to enter in Nola ZTL:

  • Delivery vehicles
  • Markets

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Nola ZTL: 07:00-10:00 and 14:00-17:00.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
If you got in Nola Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except for the following situations:
  • Bringing ill or disabled people to ambulatory located in Nola Restricted area
  • Disabled people
  • Hotel guests
  • Visiting doctors
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since you entered.
