Modena restricted area (ZTL Modena) covers all the historic center and its boundary concerns: 

V.le Martiri della Libertà - V.le Rimembranze - P.le Risorgimento Italiano - V.le Vittorio Veneto - Via Berengario - V.le Fontanelli (from Via Berengario to C.so Cavour) - C.so Cavour: da V.le Fontanelli a Via Ganaceto (from V.le Fontanelli to Via Ganaceto ), da Via Ganaceto a Via Sgarzeria e da Via Sgarzeria a Via 3 Febbraio 1831 - Via 3 Febbraio 1831 - P.za Roma - C.so Accademia - C.so Canalgrande (tratto compreso fra C.so Accademia e San Giovanni del Cantone)- Via San Giovanni del Cantone - V.le Caduti in Guerra (from Via San Giovanni del Cantone to Via Emilia Centro), P.le Sant'Agostino, Via Emilia (near parking piazzale Sant'Agostino ) Piazza Roma, Via Tre febbraio, Corso Accademia .

Pedestrian area concerns the following streets or Places:

Modena ZTL works every day from 0.00 to 24.00.

In Modena Restricted Area (Modena ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore scooters can enter without any problem.

Turistic Bus can enter il TZ, too.

• Doctors
• bringing children
• Hotel guests
• Press weddings, funerals, move, ecc.
• daily permit

Special permit is necessary to enter in Via Emilia Center.
Time slots are:

• From Monday to Friday from7 .30 to 10.30 and from 13.30 to 16.30,
• On Saturday 7,30 e 10,30 (excluded  on Sunday and on  not working days).
