Thera are in Grado a ZTL and some pedestrian areas:

Grado Permanent restricted area (ZTL Grado Permanent) concerns the following streets of the historic center: via Provveditori, via delle Scuole, via De Amicis, via Corta, campo S. Rocco, via Gradenigo nel tratto compreso tra campo San Rocco e via Al Mare, via al Mare, via Grammaticopulo, via Petrarca, via Romana, via Alfieri.
Grado 'ANELLO DEL CENTRO STORICO' pedestrian area (APU Grado 'ANELLO DEL CENTRO STORICO') concerns the following streets of the historic center:via Gradenigo, piazza B. Marin, largo della Vittoria, via Marina, via Orseolo, piazzetta San Marco, piazza XXVI Maggio and calle Zanini;
Grado 'DEI VIALI' pedestrian area (APU Grado 'DEI VIALI') concerns the following streets of the historic center: viale Europa, viale Dante Alighieri, largo San Grisogono, via Caprin (from via Marina to via Morosini), via Mazzini, giardini Oransz, giardini Palatucci, via Venezia, via Verdi, via Donizetti (from via Verdi to viale Dante Alighieri), via Marconi (froa via Verdi to viale Regina Elena), via Bellini (from via Verdi to viale Dante Alighieri), via Galvani (from via Verdi to viale Dante Alighieri), viale Regina Elena, via Colombo, from via R. Elena to via Carducci, giardini Marchesan;
Grado 'PIAZZA DUCA D'AOSTA' pedestrian area (APU Grado 'PIAZZA DUCA D'AOSTA') concerns the following streets of the historic center: via Monti e via del Lavatoio;
Grado 'VIA TRIESTE' pedestrian area (APU Grado 'VIA TRIESTE') fromvia Pola to via Pisa;
Grado 'DEL PORTO' pedestrian area (APU Grado 'DEL PORTO') concerns the following streets of the historic center:iva S. Vito, via Melissa, via Gorizia, via Sanzio, nel tratto compreso tra via Beato Angelico e Riva Bersaglieri, via Tintoretto, calle Tunisi, riva Bersaglieri nel tratto compreso tra Riva San Vito e via Leopardi;
Grado 'PARCO DELLE ROSE' pedestrian area (APU Grado 'PARCO DELLE ROSE') from via Galilei to intersection with termal swimming pool

In summer there are these pedestrian area, too

VIALE DEL CAPRICORNO, from viale dell'Orsa Maggiore to viale Andromeda;
VIALE DELL'ORIONE from camping Al Bosco to viale Andromeda and viale della Pleiadi, from viale Andromeda to viale dell'Orione;
RIVA SAN MARCO from piazzetta San Marco and via Volta

Admitted vehicles

In Grado Restricted Area (Grado ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

The following kinds of people can enter in Grado ZTL :

Police,
Emergency vehicles,
Park owners,
Hotel guests,
Disabled people,
Delivery goods.

The following kinds of people can enter in grado ZTL , too:

Residents without park,
Funerals.
Weddings,
Bringing to nursery L. Rizzo.

Time for loading and unloading goods

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Grado ZTL: from 7.00 to 10.30 and from 15.00to 16.00 on working days.

disabled access

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Grado ZTL.
If you need to enter without any authorization, you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since they entered.
You must fill in the application giving the following information:

Plate number,
Date and time entrance,
Disabled permit

Hotel guests access

Hotel guests can enter in Grado ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.

Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Grado Restricted Area after production of motion.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?

If you got in grado Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except Disabled people or urgenties
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police. within 48 hours since you entered.
You must fill in the application.
