ZTL Areas (AR)

Latina restricted area (ZTL Latina) concerns the following streets of the historic center: 

  • part of Via Pio VI,
  • Via Eugenio Di Savoia,
  • Corso della Repubblica,
  • part of Via Diaz
  • part of Via Umberto I
Piazza del Popolo is a pedestrian area.

ZTL working time and days
Latina ZTL works:
  • from 1° June to 30 September: every day - from 09.30 to 15.00 and from 16.30 to 02.00;
  • from 1° October to 31 May: every day - from 09.00 to 15.00 and from 16.30 to 21.00

Admitted vehicles

In Latina Restricted Area (Latina ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

Authorized people

The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Latina ZTL:

  • Bycicles;
  • Police;
  • First Aid;
  • Local Administrations;
  • Loading waste;
  • Disabled people;
  • Motorcycles and scooters, engine down;
  • Electric scooters;
  • Electric bus;
  • Taxi and NCC;
  • Public utilities.

The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Latina ZTL:

  • Residents;
  • Artisans;
  • Shop keepers inside ZTL;
  • Professionals:
They have these limtations to enter::
  • from 1° June to 30 September: every days - from 09.30 to 15.00 and from 16.30 to 24.00;
  • from 1° October to 31 May: every days - from 09.00 to 15.00 and from 16.30 to 21.00

The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Latina ZTL with no time slots:

  • Private car park owners;
  • Electric vehicles;
  • Delivery goods.
  • Press.

Time for loading and unloading goods
Authorized vehicles under 3,5 t can delivery goods in Latina ZTL:
  • from 1° June to 30 September : every day - from 09.30 to 15.00 and from 16.30 to 24.00;
  • from 1° October to 31 May:every day - from 09.00 to 15.00 and from16.30 to 21.00
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Latina ZTL: 7.30-9.30 and 15.00-16.30.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Latina ZTL.
If they need to enter we advice to contact Local Police.

Hotel guests can enter in Latina ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.

Temporary permits
Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Latina Restricted Area after production of motion for these reasons:
  • occurencies
  • delivery bulky goods
  • bringing ill people to ambulatory
  • constructions
  • delivery jewels
  • replacement vehicles
  • services
  • weddings and funerals
  • move
  • collectons of signatures

If you got in Latina Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine.
