ZTL Areas (AR)

Macerata restricted area (ZTL Macerata) covers a part of the historic center. except route concerning via Rampa and via Zara

Inside the restricted area, piazza della Libertà, via De Vico, Corso della repubblica, piazza Battisti, piazza XXX Aprile e via Garibaldi are Pedestrian Areas.

ZTL working time and days

Macerata ZTL  works everyday  from 0.00 to 24.00.

Via don Minzoni and Via Mozzi gates doesn't work every days from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 18.00 to 22.00.

Admitted vehicles

In Macerata Restricted Area (Macerata ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore motorcycles and scooters can enter without any problem.

Zero Emmission vehicles can be authorized to enter.

• First aid
• Public Administration
• Taxi and NCC
• Hearse
• Disabled people
• Vehicles with plate nation state
• Hotel guests
• Shop keepers inside ZTL
• Companies of Macerata Municipality
• Voluntary organizations.

The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Macerata ZTL:

• Residents and Dimorants
• Delivery goods
• Health care
• Companies in Macerata ZTL
• Banks;
• Home care disabled
• Public utilities
• Artisans
• Press
• Funeral companies
