ZTL Areas (AR)

Novi Ligure restricted area (ZTL Novi Ligure) concerns the following streets of the historic center: via Roma, via Paolo da Novi, via Girardengo, via Giacometti, via Cavour, via G. C. Abba, via Gagliuffi e loro vie laterali, via Durazzo, salita al Castello, salita Ravazzano, via Castello, via Dogana, via Solferino, via A. Libarna, via Gagliuffi, via S. M. della Battaglia and their crossing streets.

Novi Ligure ZTL works :

  • n° 1 Piazza XX September /Via Roma, gate
    • from 00.00 to 07.30 and from 17.00 to 24.00 in Via Roma from Piazza XX September and Via Paolo Giacometti on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday,
    • from 00 .00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 24.00 on Thursday,
    • On Sunday and not working days works from 00.00 to 24.00;
  • n° 2 Piazza S.Andrea/Via Durazzo gate
    • from 00.00 to 07.30 and from 17.00 to 24.00 non Monday ,Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday,
    • from 00.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 24.00 on Thursday,
    • On Sunday and not working days from 00.00 to 24.00.

Admitted vehicles

In Novi Ligure Restricted Area (Novi Ligure ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

The following kinds of people can enter in Novi Ligure ZTL :

  • Residents with private park;
  • Residents without private park;
  • Private car park;
  • Shops;
  • Delivery goods;
  • Bycicles;
  • Disabled people;
  • Police;
  • Public utilities only for emergency;
  • Hearse;
  • Weddings;
  • Public authorities;
  • Public Administration;
  • Bringing Schools.

Time for loading and unloading goods
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Novi Ligure ZTL: from 07.30 to 10.30 on working days ( Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and from 14.00 to 17.00 on Thursaday.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Novi Ligure ZTL but they need to send your plate number to Local Police

Per informations you can call the free number 800 702 811.

If they need to enter without any authorization you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since you entered.

Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Novi Ligure Restricted Area after production of motion.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
If you got in Novi Ligure Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except urgenties or right reasons.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since you entered.
