Capoliveri restricted area (ZTL Capoliveri) is divided into two different areas.

• The first one interest la circonvallazione, via San Rocco, via Galilei, via Cairoli, via Speri, piazza Garibaldi e via Mellini
• the second one via Oberdan, via Mentana, piazza Matteotti, via Roma, piazzetta XX Settembre, via S. Gaetano, Via Gori, Via Calamita.

Capoliveri ZTL  works:

• Circonvallazione-S.Rocco gate: from 19.00 to 7.00 every day;
• via Oberdan,Via Claris Appiani, Via Calamita e Via SIlvio Pellicogate i every day from 0.00 to 24.00 .

In Capoliveri Restricted Area (Capoliveri ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Capoliveri ZTL:

• Residents
• Delivery goods
• Police
• Disabled people
• Emergency vehicles
• Visiting Doctors

For every gates, Public utilities vehicles , only for urgenties, can enter without any authorization.

• Via Oberdan gate

• • Shop keepers located in these streets from 06.00 to 09.00 amd from 15.00 to 16.30, on not working days, too.
  • Delivering food and drink by Piazza Matteotti gate from 06.00 to 09.00; only for dink from 14.30 to 16.30, too. It is only on working days .
  • Authorized people can parking no longer than 15 minutes. Shop keepers and delivery food and drink can parking no longer than 60 minuties. 

• Claris Appiani gate
  • via Gori and Via Calamita shop keepers from 06.00 to 09.00 and from 14.30 to 16.30 only on working days
• Varco Silvio Pellico and varco via Calamita gates: you can't enter.
