Abano Terme restricted area (ZTL Abano Terme) concerns the following streets of the historic center: 

• Viale delle Terme (between P.zza Repubblica and via P.d'Abano),
• via Vespucci (between P.zza Cortesi and Viale delle Terme),
• via P.d'Abano (between Viale delle Terme and via via Marzia),
• via Busonera (between via P.d'Abano and P.zza S.Cuore),
• via Jappelli (between via P.d'Abano and 'ex Hotel Centrale),
• via Montirone (between via P.d'Abano and via Don Bosco),
• Largo Marconi.

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Abano Terme ZTL:

• On Working Days from 07,30 to 10.30 and from 14,00 to 16,00;
• On Not Working Days from 07,30 to 10,30.

Hotel guests can enter in Abano Terme ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?

If you got in Abano Terme Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except Disabled people or Hotel guests.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 24 hours since you entered.
