Verona restricted area (ZTL Verona) covers all the historic center and its boundary concerns: Ponte Scaligero di Castelvecchio e Ponte Aleardi (Riva San Lorenzo included), Via Ponte Aleardi, Via Pallone, Largo Divisione Pasubio, Via degli Alpini, Piazza Brà, Via Roma, Via Daniele Manin, Vicolo San Silvestro, Corso Castelvecchio.

Verona ZTL  gate doesn't work:

• from Monday to Friday:
  • from 10.00 to 13.30
  • from 16.00 to 18.00
• On Saturday, on Sunday and on not working days:
  • from 10.00 to 13.30

• to put in car plate (max 2)
• to enter in ZTL  at least 3 time a month
• to book access in ZTL (
• to check your booking
• to delate your booking .

• Only car enter from 20 to 22,
• You must exit before 23 and you have to pay park
• booking system checks car insurance and inspection

In Verona Restricted Area (Verona ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore motorcycles and scooters can enter without any problem.

It is forbidden to enter vehicles over 3,5 tonnes, too.

The following kinds of people can  enter in Verona ZTL (they must give their plate number:

• First aid;
• disabled people with a registered disabled persons badge;
• Police;
• Military;
• Taxi
• Bringing newspapers;
• Hearse;
• local Administration, AMIA, ULSS 20, public transport, ecc.;
• Hotel guests.

The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Verona ZTL:

• Residents and dimorants;
• Private car park owners;
• Hotel guests;
• Doctors;
• Home care;
• Parsons;
• Surveillance;
• Bakeries;
• Flower shoops;
• Mail vehicles;
• Public utilities;
• Press;
• Sales agents;
• Markets;
• Artisans;
• Move (from 6.00 to 18.00 on working days);
• delivery goods;
• Bringing to primary schools.
