Ischia restricted area (ZTL Ischia) covers a part of the historic center.

• la North ZTL concerning in corso Vittoria and its narrow streets;
• Port Area concerning in Via Iasolino and via Porto
• South Area concerning in via Semerario, Via Gian Battista Vico and ponte Aragonese.

Where enforced cameras are

Access to Ischia ZTL is watched by 8 cameras located in:

• Via Iasolino entrance from Piazzale Trieste;
• Via Iasolino entrance from Piazza Antica Reggia;
• Via Porto;
• Via Delle Terme;
• Piazza degli Eroi;
• Corso Vittoria Colonna;
• Via Seminario;
• Via Gian Battista Vico.

ZTL working time and days

Ischia ZTL works every day with the following time:

• In summer
  • Via Iasolino from 10:30 to 16:00 and from 17:00 to 24:00;
  • Via Porto from 10:30 to 04:00;
  • Via delle Terme, via Roma, Corso Vittorio Colonna from 10:30 to 13:00 and from 18:00 to 04:00;
  • Via Seminario e Via Gian Battista Vico  from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 18:00 to 05:00.
• In Winter
  • Via Iasolino from 10.30 to 13.00; 
  • Via Porto tfrom 10,30 to 15,00 and from 19,00 to 01,00; 
  • Via delle Terme, via Roma, Corso Vittorio Colonna from 10,30 to 13,00 and from 17,00 to 21,00;
  • Via Seminario e Via Gian Battista Vico  from 10.30 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 21.00.

Admitted vehicles

In Ischia Restricted Area (Ischia ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter excepr Iasolino e and Porto gates

• Taxi and NCC;
• Police;
• Ambulances;

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Ischia ZTL.
If you need to enter we advice to contact Local Police. before your entrance.
You must give the following information:

• Plate number,
• Date and time you entered,
• Disabled permit

Hotel guests can enter in Ischia ZTL only if you have the boarding ticket  If you need to enter we advice to contact the Hotels or Local Police
