If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
ZTL Areas (AR)
Lerici and Tellaro restricted area (ZTL Lerici) covers all the historic center and its boundary concerns:
- Via Bagnara: at the end parking area;
- Via Gozzano /p>
- Via Milanoat the end of parking area (on Friday there is a market);
- Via Trogu e Viale della Vittoria: intersection with Via Gozzano;
- Via XX Settembre of San Terenzo: near cemetery area
- Via Biaggini 23 traversa: near roundabout at the entrance of parking;
- Via Matteotti di Lerici: Hamlet Carbognano intersection route to Tellaro;
- Svincolo Primacina: at the end if Galleria Primacina.
Tellaro restricted area (ZTL tellaro) concerns the following streets of the historic center: Via Fiascherino from Via Fiascherino 23 traversa andPiazza Figoli

Admitted vehicles
In Lerici Restricted Area (Lerici ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore motorcycles and scooters can enter without any problem.
Authorized people
The following kinds of people can enter in Lerici ZTL without any authorization:
- Disabled people with a registered disabled persons badge;
- Bycicles;
- Motorcycles and scooters;
- Public transport;
- Taxi;
- Police;
- Public Administrations;
- Emergency vehicles;
- Hearse;
- Delivery goods.
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Lerici ZTL:
- Public transport;
- Residents and Dimorants;
- Hotel guests;
- Shop keepers.
The following kinds of people can get temporary authorization to enter in Lerici ZTL:
- Hotel guests;
- San terenzo Cementry;
- ASL custemers;
- Private car park subscriptions;
- Private boat park owners;
- Sales agents;
- villa Marigola guests;
- Bringing children or old pepole;
- Tennis member circle;
- Artsans;
- Golf guests;
- Chemist's customers;
- Delivery goods;
- Home care;
- Permit 't' - transit without plate.
- from Monday to Friday from 07.00to 17.00
- On Saturday and on Sunday from 07.00 to 14.00
If they need to occasional entrance they must call green number 800255127.
They must give the following information:
- Plate number,
- Date and time you entered,
- your disabled permit
They must send application choosing among:

Hotel guests must stop at Information point (opening time every days from 9,00 to 21,00) located at entrance gate and give information about their holiday.
If information point was closed they must fill in Model E and send it within 48 hours after entrance choosing among:

Temporary permits
You can get temporary permit to enter in Lerici restricted area in Informative points located near ZTL gates open every days from 09,00 to 21,00.
Only if informative point is closed, you can't ask to avoid fine filling in MODELL E , within 48 hours after entrance and delivering it choosing among :

In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since you entered filling in Model E and sending it by:
